Cancellation of air arrangements will be subject to
fees charged in accordance with the type of airfare used and airline
tariff regulations. Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled
services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

Most tours are available
with daily departures. Since flight schedules vary from day to day,
schedules of sightseeing tours may sometimes require adjustment.
Although
PARAMOUNT ANGKOR TRAVEL & TOURS offers a selection of
accommodation at various hotels, it may not always be possible to
confirm accommodation as requested due to very limited room capacities
during certain periods and certain parts of Vietnam.
Alternative
accommodation can in some cases be at sub-standard hotels, which lack
essential facilities. No refunds can be made for any shortcomings
related to accommodation in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia. Visa fees are not
included in the tour prices.

LIABILITY |

Our company acts as intermediary
between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local
tourist offices providing the services. Therefore we are not responsible
for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those
occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to
delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest must be
borne by the tourists.
Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those
valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change
without advanced notice before or during the tour.
Participation in our tour implies the tourist's
agreement to the above conditions. |

We further would like to
advise that, because of frequent flight changes and cancellations by
airlines we cannot fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be
carried out as planned. Based on our experience changes of departure
times and/or cancellations can occur at very short notice even after
confirmations for a flight have been received. Same condition applies
for train travel - schedule changes occur frequently and sometimes
without prior notification.
In case of schedule changes or flight
cancellation we will always try everything human possible to arrange an
alternate program within the framework of the original quoted costs.
However we reserve the right to charge any cost exceeding the original
budget to the tour operator/travel agent or to the participant of a tour
after consultation with the agent.

conditions shall be discussed basing on working history, volume of

is required hold the booking on confirmed
basis & the balance amount can be paid either before
